IQF Cured Chorizo

Product that is cured using different traditional Spanish recipes, the most common being the “string-style” chorizo. This cured sausage has an intense and slightly spicy flavour, in which the use of high-quality Spanish paprika stands out. Depending on the cut, it is usually used on pizzas and in fillings such as in omelettes and quiches.
